In chapter 8, Makenna and I were given a list of values that represented the annual profit per employee at financial service companies. We used our sample of 38 annual profits to calculate the sample standard deviation, sample mean, and margin of error. Each of these calculations helped us to find a confidence level. By the end of the our chapter 8 project, we were able to predict a interval of where the average annual profit per employee of financial service companies would land with a certain level of confidence.
